eingeweihte Feuerbeschichtungsanlage 10 (FBA 10) bei thyssenkrupp Steel in Dortmund setzt einen globalen Benchmark in Energieeffizienz und emissionsarmer Beheizung. Durch den Einsatz moderner Regenerativbrenner der WS W\u00e4rmeprozesstechnik GmbH in Doppel-P Strahlrohren spart die Anlage gegen\u00fcber konventionell beheizten Anlagen typischerweise zwischen 15% und 30% Brennstoff ein. Gleichzeitig werden dank des patentierten FLOX\u00ae Verfahrens besonders niedrige NOx Emissionswerte erreicht. Das Beheizungssystem schafft aufgrund der hohen Effizienz und der hervorragenden Temperaturgleichm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit der verwendeten Strahlrohre zudem die Grundlage f\u00fcr einen sp\u00e4teren Umstieg auf gr\u00fcne Brennstoffe wie Wasserstoff.<\/p><p>Mit insgesamt drei vertikalen Bandanlagen z\u00e4hlt das thyssenkrupp Werk in Dortmund weltweit zu den modernsten Standorten f\u00fcr das Gl\u00fchen und die Oberfl\u00e4chenveredelung von Stahlband. In den Anlagen k\u00f6nnen zusammen pro Jahr bis zu 2.000.000 Tonnen Stahl veredelt werden. WS lieferte allein f\u00fcr den Standort Dortmund bereits insgesamt knapp 800 hocheffiziente und emissionsarme Brenner. Der konsequente Einsatz umweltschonender Technologie hat damit nicht zuletzt auch eine wichtige strategische Dimension.
