Radiant tubes for indirect heating
WS is the pioneer in the use of ceramic radiant tubes in industrial furnaces. WS recognized the advantages of high-performance ceramics early on and can now draw on the experience of several tens of thousands of installed SiSiC radiant tubes build. Our patented connection enables long service life and low-leakage operation.
Furthermore, we also supply metallic radiant tubes in multiple designs. Our favored solutions include single ended radiant tubes (SERs) with the associated flame tubes as well as P- and double P-tubes. These re-circulating designs are especially suited for future demands on combustion systems.
All WS radiant tubes allow intensive flue gas recirculation, laying the foundation for high temperature uniformity, efficient combustion, and lowest NOx emissions even when using new fuels such as green hydrogen.
Our burner controls provide flame supervision and guarantee safe and efficient operation. Additional functionality such as FLOX® and other proprietary operating modes enable especially low emission and efficient operation.
Our controls are equipped according to customer specifications, comprehensively documented and tested before delivery to 100%. In this way, we achieve a high level of functional reliability and particularly smooth commissioning at the customer's site.
Customized, project specific valve trains for gas, air and exhaust, including all relevant safety, control and measuring instrumentation provide reliable supply of gas and air. Prior to shipment 100% of the devices are tested. Thus, achieving high reliability and seamless commissioning on site. Adjustment values determined at WS provide our customer the essential information needed for efficient and low emission operation of the burners.
